Working Knowledge:Attending queries on inbound calls, PNR creation & Itinerary pricing.
Coordinating directly with agents and reverting to Emails on their flight queries.
Should have knowledge of making reservations, fare calculation,
Ticketing on Galileo Amadeus and Sabre.
Experience: Minimum 0 - 3 Year of experience in ticketing
and reservation.
