Job Title: Opening for DVA Engineer @ SATVEN Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3-7 Yrs

Skills: VIS-VSA, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up analysis, DVA

Job Description

1. Conduct Dimensional Variation Analysis using CAD, Assembly Flow, and GD&T information
2. Conduct Exterior and Interior Fit and Finish assessments and provide recommendations to cross-functional teams
3. Create and maintain DVA model for UN/UP Functional Assessments and reports in MS PowerPoint as per client DCD standard.
4. Execute DVA What Ifs (Power train, Exterior, Interior, Exhaust and Chassis) and Document results in Standard DVA Memo Report as per client DCD standard.
5. Identify Potential Installation / Assembly issues in the Design stage and provide Design or Process recommendations. Software: VIS-VSA tool
