Location- Dehradun (Rajpur road)

Position- 100

Experience- min 3 months as Tele Caller or TeleSales

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
1. Proven experience in generating new telecom sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and promoting customer relationships.
2. Ability to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to residential customers.
3. Identify prospective customers by using outbound calling.
4. Empha product features based on analysis of customer's needs.
5. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
6. Continual education on new and existing products and services.
8. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles- including but not limited to: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction, building rapport, and maintaining customer relationships.
9. Time management and efficiency skills.
10. Judgment and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience and Education:
1. Bachelor degree or higher
2. Domestic/International Telecom experience
3. Sales Experience +1 years
