• Onboarding & Joining Formalities
• Induction
• Employee Engagement
• Exit management

1. Managing complete employee lifecycle, like On boarding and exit process
2. Preparing official letters, templates, updating of business instructions & policies.
3. Maintaining MIS & updating daily trackers.
4. Hiring new joinees in the system to generate employee code.
5. Coordinating with different departments for new joinee requirements like Datacard, simcard,
laptop, and other assets thereby ensuring
6. smooth pre boarding andonboardingof new joinees on the date of joining.
7. Giving training of different portals and employee policies of Marge ERP Ltd to new joinees.
8. Gathering KYC documents, verifying documents and updating the complete details of the new
joiners in the system thereby ensuring
9. Data accuracy in the system & maintenance of personal dosiers and other records of the
employees.
10. Issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Service certificate, Transfer
letter, Separation letter, HR Clearance, NOC,
11. Issuing of Relieving letter, Experience letter and other letters to employees.
12. Initiating background verification for new joinees by coordinating with third party vendor.
13. Employee Engagement Activities Like - Monthly Birthday celebrations, Reward &
Recognition ceremony
14. Ensuring smoothexit formalitieswithout any delay in TAT. Also giving exit clearance
coordinate & manage the full & final settlement ABOUT US:-
