Lead Software Engineer @ Kronos Incorporated

Job Description

Description . Development member of the team who is responsible for development of features to meet new customer requirements.
. Able to understand the design created by architect/senior members of the team
. Collaborate closely with senior members and architects of WFC teams to understand the software architecture
. Develop Object Oriented and Service Oriented software with practical use of design patterns
. Interpret technical details required for development work
. Participates in code reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
. This position is for Workforce Central Team.

Qualifications . Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science with at least 60% aggregate
. 5+ years of experience in IT/Software industry
. Strong hands-on experience with Native JavaScript (like - JS Prototype, Promise, OOPS using JavaScript), Angular, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS3, JSON, and HTML5.
. Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (Karma, Jasmine, JUnit)
. Experience using one or more UI build tools such as Webpack or Grunt
. Exposure to Java, REST API, and Web Services is good to have
. Hands-on experience with Design Patterns
. Experience using one or more application containers such as NodeJS, JBoss, or Tomcat
. Exp. in Object-oriented programming, database modeling, etc.
. Exposure to database techniques/tools such Oracle, SQL, etc.
. Conversant with platforms, tools, and frameworks used in application development
. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
