Managing a team the head count of UP-TO 15 to 20 advisors tale callers hr. fresher hiring new hr. fresher profiles

Driving and motivating the team in accordance to achieve the given target by process manager and client

Developing staff, Training & coaching them

managing the overall performance in order to meet all the targets given by clients

Coordinates and schedule work, forecast resource requirements.

Facilitate performance management & Disciplinary activities

Ensure the effectiveness of day to day operational activities.

Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports with a view to monitor performance & efficiency of the team members.

Perform monitoring & facilitate calibrations in order to provide timely feedback's.

Market Research / Lead Generation
Database Management & Filtration
Coordinate Marketing communication activities with Sales & Marketing Team
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve DAILY/ MONTHLY /QUARTERLY TARGETS
Research identify key players and generate interest
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Completed Sales Certification for different CLIENTS.
Share quotes to client & follow-up till closures
Build relationship with customers for further development in account towards new opportunities.
