We are URGENTLY hiring for WFM Analyst for International BPO

REQUIREMENTS :
. Candidates must be Graduates

. Candidates must have at least in 3 years of overall experience the International BPO

. Candidates must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a WFM Analyst or WFM Executive or Planning Analyst or Scheduling Analyst or Business Process Management Initiative Analyst [BPMI]

. Candidates must have exposure to and knowledge of Fact Finding, Analysis, MIS, Forecasting, Strategic Development, Tactical Planning Skills

. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Candidates must have all the documents related to Identification, Education and Previous Work Experience

JOB DETAILS :
. Work with clients and operations team to develop and implement strategies to help improve the efficiency of the staff

. Monitor and analyze the various volume patterns, intra and inter day activities to improve productivity

. Develop various forecasting models that consider promotional tactics and activities, historical trends, new product launches and concurrently safeguard handling capacity

. Seek, analyze, report, evaluate and Improve the forecasting, planning, scheduling and budgeting process

. Proactively the monitor associate behaviors, efficiency and availability and report deficiencies to the operational team

. Location : Pune

. Salary up to 8 LPA

. 24/7 shift
