We are now experiencing a high growth and are looking to expand our team to add to the strength in product development, quality assurance. We work in the best of breed of technology and provide a extremely good learning path in areas of programming, automation, testing, security, data handling/analytics, mobile and cloud. We are looking to expand our team with people who would like to be part of a fast spaced growing company.

Job brief

We are looking for Technical Support people with expertise in

- System Monitoring
- Database and queries
- Python

Office

5-6 days a week
10.30 AM to 7.00 PM
Office/Hybrid Model

Responsibilities

Find technical resolutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
Meet cases resolution SLA's
Manage relationships with clients and internal stake holders
Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
Keep up to date with all products and their enhancements
Other duties as assigned Requirements: Proficient with relational databases (MySql and MsSql)
Knowledge of with Java or Python
Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc
Experience with Web Application Server(s)
Understanding of 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
Willingness to work in 12 x 7 work environment
Outlook troubleshooting and monitor.
