Job Description
Job Description:Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience in project management
Should have good experience on Agile methodology and especially in Scrum model
Should have experience on managing multiple scrum teams
Should have experience on following Agile tools (Rally, Jira etc)
Should use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Should Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Should determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
Should schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Should monitor progress and performance and help teams to make improvements
Should plan and organize demos and product/system testing
Should ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team
Should track project processes, deliverables, and financials
Should prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge on Data engineering technologies is added advantage
