Job Description
:This role will work within product delivery teams following agile principles to document and prioritize requirements by working with multiple stakeholders. You are empowered to innovate, communicate, collaborate, and deliver with other engineering teams, UX Designers, and product managers. You will be responsible for the business requirements of our next generation platform.
Responsibilities:
- - Leading requirements elicitation sessions to understand the business requirements.
- - Author Epics, User stories in JIRA, acceptance criteria, continuous grooming of product backlog, supporting them with mock-ups, Data Dictionary & Process flows for easy understating of the functionality.
- - Being part of a scrum team and helping Product Owner in prioritization by prioritizing requirements from business stakeholders.
- - Assessing change and support requests, prioritizing them based on ROI and defining solutions. Clarifying business needs and reviewing/producing specifications for change.
- - Writing FAQs, Help documentation based on the analysis of support requests.
- - Communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. Acting as a liaison between the business stakeholders and engineering team by planning and conducting the analysis of complex business problems.
- - Supporting organizational transformation goals by understanding the operational current state, future state, and business values; helping to define and drive business solutions to meet the transformation goals.
- - Working with the Tech Lead and engineering team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
- - Performing acceptance testing on behalf of the business stakeholders on the UAT environment.
- - Showcasing highly constructive communication, collaboration, and delivery skills
- - Working unsupervised, taking responsibility for own tasks and prioritization of work, showing initiative and self-motivation.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelors from a recognized University
- - Digital Marketing certification is desirable
- Experience:
- - 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- - Understanding of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) and CMS (Sitecore etc.) solutions, marketing concepts and marketing channels.
- - Knowledge of requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams.
- - Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
