Job Description
:Job profile:
Design, Plan, organize, co-ordinate, control and monitor quality of all in coming raw materials, Fuels and semi finished and finished products through raw mix design sampling, inspection, analysis and control at various phases of operations and guide the plant in producing optimum consistent quality of products with optimum cost. Also organise and co-ordinate research and development activities for innovation / new upgraded products and Environment Management in plant to ensure 100% statutory compliance
KRA:
Accountability: Quality Control: Organize for testing, inspection and control of all incoming, in process finished products to ensure consistent quality of the products.
Optimization of Raw Mix : Design and develop appropriate cost effective raw mix to ensure consistent quality of targeted production from all the IV units.
Research & Development: Organise and coordinate research and development activities for production upgradation, development of new products as per customers requirements and cost optimisation to take competitive market s advantage.
People Management : Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.
Quality Systems : Organise and monitor system implementation to meet the ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM/TQM requirement for continuous improvement through team participation and involvement.
Customer Satisfaction Co-ordinate & arrange timely feedback on complaints samples, test results, test certificates to the concerned through timely testing, inspection and analysis for enhancing customer outflow.
Liasioning with Govt. Agencies: Ensure conformation of products to BIS system and to maintain good relation with BIS executives and other inspecting agencies to fulfill statutory compliance
Environment & Safety Ensure implementation of Environment Management System ISO 14001 procedure and adherence to statutory compliance to maintain safe and pollution free work place.
Receipt and Acceptance of Wastes
Production & Delivery of Agreed Quality and Quantity of AFR Compliance with Statutory Requirements
