Job Highlights Qualification: Any graduation/Undergraduate / post-graduation Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admission Good communication skill required Experience: 6 months to 5 years in sales Job description Position: Academic Counselor Job Type: WFO Working Days : 6 days (Monday to Saturday) Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Major Responsibilities: Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people. Receiving Inbound calls and counseling for Courses. Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admission. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines Key Skills Required: Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Persuasive and goal-oriented Self-motivated and self-directed Language Proficiency: Good communication skills.
