Job Description

Converting enquiries into admissions
Handle Telephonic queries and document the details
Performing counselling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Complete daily Outbound calls quota & talk time through allocated leads
Create sales pipe lines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets
Ensure Process compliance and timely reporting
Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.
Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals
