:InfoSec Governance
- Monitor effectiveness of policies implemented
- Review performance of Controls with vendors
- Document TCM meeting agenda & MOM.
Internal IS Audits
- Audit InfoSec & cyber policy effectiveness
- Track remediation of audit findings
Compliance Governance
- Review compliance status in IT function.
- Report deviations, track remediation plan
Drive user awareness campaign
- Create a user awareness campaign plan
- Track user training records, report progress
Data Leak Prevention System Review
- Review policies and data flow periodically
Log Monitoring
- Periodic review of logs.
Third party integrations
- Review third party integrations with systems
- Risk assessment for new and existing integration
Application Security
- Conduct application security assessments
- Track progress of fixes and remediation
Incident Handling
- Handle information security incidents
- Incident communication as per severity
- Report incidents as per regulatory requirements
