1.MonitortheperformanceoftheBDMsonthepredefined parameters
(FYP/NOP/NAAC/Activization/Persistency/Recruitmentofmentors & advisors)2. Ensure continuous acquisition ofadvisors by their team of BDMSs on a regular basis.3.Ensurethatcommunicationongoalsheets,contests,payouts etc are rolled out to advisors by BDMs and sameisunderstoodbythemaswell.4.Ensurethroughcontinualcommunication&reviewsthatmajorityofthe
work force achieves their goal sheets & moves up thecareer ladder.5. Drive benchmarks & motivate BDMSsand mentors to achieve their goal sheet, seek promotionandearnincentives.
