Process : International Voice Process
Designation : Implementation Consultant
Qualification : Only graduates
Experience : 0 to 4 years
Salary : 3 to 4.2Lac
Shift timings : Rotational Shifts / Fix weekend offs
Location : Bangalore
Experience needed : Candidates who recently got graduated can apply , Experience candidates should have experience into international voice process , Should be flexible to work with rotational shifts.
Job Description :
Help Google advertisers improve returns on AdWords and Shopping via technical implementation and consultation that includes setting up campaigns and tracking tools, and best practice sharing.
Duties: Place outbound / receive inbound calls - Assist advertisers in code implementation/campaign setup - provide a relevant and effective solution, create a memorable experience.
Shift timings: Can be allotted any shift round the clock. However, quarterly rotations will mostly happen within a region itself unless there is a business need to reallocate more staff to a particular region
Requirement
- Basic understanding how a website works and how it's structured at the backend.
- Like Headers/Footers/ Body etc.. of website structure.
- Agents need not code / Write codes in case they can, it would be an added advantage.
- Agents need to generate codes with the click of a button and use appropriately
- Good communication is mandatory hence agents deal with US / Aus/ any international customers. Need to have at least a neutral accent.
- Candidates need to have good grammar and email communication.
- Candidates with Google AdWords/ Analytics would be an added advantage.
- The average call would be 20- 30 minutes.
- Training is conducted remotely. However, there could be a mixture of classroom sessions if prevailing circumstances allow it in future
- As of now, selected candidates will be working from home and hence having a strong internet & power backup is recommended
Mandatory Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Desirable Skills
Exposure to basics of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies would be an added advantage, Knowledge on AdWords will be an added advantage
