BASIC FUNCTION

• Responsible for generation leads as per target set for monthly basis.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making calls and fixing appointments with clients as per the target set.
• Sending bulk mailers as per the target.
• Adding client database.
• Create awareness among the prospects about the Success Stories of our existing clients.
• Gaining professional relationship with the prospects and following up on their requirements.
• Generate quality leads with 100% fitment and low rejection rate.
• Uploading the Leads generated to allocate them to the Sales in a timely manner.
• Work vigorously to achieve the Closure Target for Every Financial Year.
• Follow up with the sales and Close.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Degree in Management or Business Administration.
• Advanced degree desirable.

Experience

• Graduate / Post graduate with 2 plus years of Telemarketing/Telecalling experience.
• Should be an effective in communication, negotiation and personal grooming.
