Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of field complaints, identifying the correct cause, taking measures with faster pace using systematic problem-solving methodology.
  • Receive & formulate customer complaints
  • To Prepare Monthly Service reports
  • To solve technical issues reported by customer.
  • To enhance CSI of Dealer; to track the process time to time.
  • To develop & train dealers staff for self-capable of solving issues

Education Qualification:

Diploma/BE in Mechanical / Automobile

Key Skills:

Customer Support, Resolve Field Issues, Quality control, Service, Customer Focus.
