Job Title- Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager - US Staffing

Location: A-86 Sector 57 Noida

Working Hours: 08:00 PM IST - 05:00 AM IST (Night Shift Only)

On-site job Work from Office only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Sales, handling Tier-1 Clients, In US Staffing Industry
• You should have an Active Working Client Kitty of Tier-1 Companies
• You must be able to bring business from US consulting firms in IT contract staffing.
• Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead generation.
• The candidate must have top notch communication skills to talk to US clients
• Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates and Recruiters
• Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
