Handling Large Corporates for Corporate Salary & Affluent CASA Acquisition
Deepening and Enhancement of Existing Portfolio
Identifying and Meeting New Potential Corporates
Increasing Market Share in Corporates

Required Skill Set

NISM & IRDA Certification
Team Handling
Negotiation Skills & Product Knowledge
Good Communication Skills and Relationship Management
Good Facilitation Skills
Ability to deal with CEO/CXO/CFO/Promoters

Key Accountabilities

Processes & Regulatory Compliance
Self & Team Development through Trainings & E-learning Modules
100% Client Coverage every month
Organizing Corporate Service & Cross Sell Camps
Meeting Business Plans across New Corporate Acquisition, Salary & Affluent Savings Numbers, M2 Salary Credits, CASA ANR Growth, Cross Sell & Revenue generation
Service Complaint / Request Resolution within desired TAT
