Job Description

:
Review the status of outstanding collections within the Region on a periodic basis with in-house teams; plan and implement corrective action to ensure timely collections
Monitor mortgage collection portfolio and agencies across region to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
Ensure relationship management and enhancement and fresh tie up initiations with local collection agencies
Nominate deserving team members for awards and recognition
Nominate teams for product, behavioral and negotiation trainings and work for self-development initiatives
Guide Area Heads and CMs to facilitate customer complaints regarding the collections process and supporting them to achieve superior performance standards
Follow up on getting timely resolution closures across the region and train and guide the collection team on best possible resolution.
