Job Description
AH-Auto CPP
Location: Gujarat, India
Organization: Metals
B.E/BTECH-Instrument & control
.To take responsibility for Automation maintenance of CPP-1/CPP-3/Coal Plant & Pipe Conveyor plant.
2.Supporting DH in Coordination /Liaison GPCB/CPCB related Activity, timely PM/Calibration of Instruments, Shut down
planning, Budget preparation, CAPEX, Upgradation of obsolete system etc.
3. To support DH to ensure all statutory compliances, adherence to health, safety, environment norms and quality certification
parameters with respect to Instrumentation maintenance and the processes.
To fulfill safety and statutory compliances in the section
Deep knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC, Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS, Siemens SPPA T3000 DCS Hardware as well as software modification, Logic preparation as per plant requirement.
Knowledge of Power Plant Instruments like CFBC Boiler instruments, Turbine Governing system Woodward-505, Bently Nevada
Vibration Monitoring system, all kind of field instruments like Pressure/Level/Temp. switches, PT/FT/LT, Magflowmeter,
ultrasonic, RADAR Level Tx, Motorise valves, Governing control valves, Coal Plant, Pipe conveyor instrumentation, Compressors,
DG sets Instruments, Control & ON-OFF valves, JB scheduling, New Upcoming project related activities, Upgradation of system,
Loop checking from DCS/PLC to JB & Field instruments, Ferrule preparation for new project, focus and close monitoring of improvement project.
ISO documentation, Safety, Environment related activites, Government Statutory complience,
Environment Analyser's timely calibration, follow PM schedule & Calibration on time with Hardcopy and soft copy report.

B.E/B.Tech
