KRAs
Design catalogues & brochures for selection of paint shades for various stakeholders (consumer, painter, architect)
Development of colour palettes for home interior & exterior
Consumer research and feedback to understand qualitative/emotional associations with homes, the role colours play, current / future market trends and changes in the colour & dcor selection process and changing consumer expectations.
Develop new patterns & wall styling ideas for Indian homes
Support brand teams to develop & ideate new textures & finishes as per market trends
Work on the colour fan deck development
Interaction of colour in spaces & expanding the idea of colour usage to different applications
Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum Experience Level:
7-10 Years
