Head of Consulting Services - CXO level
Exp : 18+ yrs.
We are looking for :
- Leading, building and delivering consultancy businesses
- Demonstrable experience of successful service delivery and development
- A passion for business development and revenue growth
- Expertise in successfully leading, motivating and developing a team of professional staff to achieve high performance and continual service improvement.
- Previous experience of effectively managing P&L, budget and contract responsibilities.
- A track record in the successful application of high-level planning and organisational skills to develop strategic and operational plans including the effective management of risk.
- Someone who thrives on successful relationship building with key external stakeholders, policy makers, funders, community experts, professional associations, vendors and publishers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience in service-related contracts and strategy development for consulting and professional services, including information technology
- Procurement, Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret spend and cost data, research market trends, identify standard methodologies, and manage supporting contract development activities
- Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact in a rapid-paced Procurement Organization
- Understanding of external workforce managed service provider and vendor management system(s)
- Strong leadership skills honoring a globally diverse team across time zones
- Strong procurement and financial foresight; experience with managing vast and diversified supplier base
- Proven financial and budget management skills
- Innovative thinking and an approach of continuous improvement to implement new ideas
- Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize and operationalize shifts in strategy
- A proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a highly matrixed organization across industry and internal partners
- Operational experience with service delivery from ideation and strategy through implementation, measuring success and finding opportunities for continuous improvement
