Job Description

:

  • Vendor/customer registration process.
  • Cost sheet preparation.
  • Soliciting prices from suppliers
  • Order Login internally & with suppliers
  • Raising POs on the Suppliers
  • Follow up on deliveries & updating of the same with the team & client on a regular basis.
  • Assisting in Dispatches of shipment to customer locations with receipts confirmation.
  • Follow up with sites/branches for the daily activity reports
  • Follow up for the measurement sheets from Project team & handing over the same for billing & invoicing
  • Dispatching & confirmation of receipts of the invoices @ customer end.
  • Regular assistance to the finance team for the Follow up on payments
  • Assisting in documentation of completed sites & lamination for proper presentation
  • Registration for opportunity incentives with OEM
  • Assisting Operations head on various tasks
  • Assisting Marketing teams on back office tasks including pricing
  • Coordination of weekly office meetings & preparation/circulation of MOM.
  • Office Admin- Incl filing & records
  • Mailing company profile to customers & vendors
  • Website admin & updating of the new projects
  • Staff welfare
