Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Infrastructure Analyst Profile

Experience : 4 year

Annual CTC : UPTO 4LPA

Location : CHENNAI

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts is a must, ie: Cloud, data centres, servers, networks, firewalls, Antivirus and preferably has worked in a project environment

Have > 4 years experience of:

Systems administration

Active Directory

Windows and other Operating systems

Networking

Good knowledge and exposure to:

Office 365 service offerings including, Azure, SharePoint online, Exchange Online, Intune, ADFS, AD Connect, networking concepts such as firewalls, Switches, routers, Load Balancers etc.

Smart phone deployments ie: iOS, Android etc within Corporate infrastructure

security concepts and infrastructure deployments ie: RSA authentication, encryption, ADFS, firewall implementation

Change management processes

Vendor and Supplier Management

Identifying issues, perform analysis during normal IT Infrastructure operation, including on networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and devices.

Provide Input into infrastructure solution designs where appropriate (has changed over the years within Aviva, IA tend now just to implement designs)

Once a design signed of, work with the various IT and security teams to implement the solution and any necessary upgrades, patches or troubleshooting to solve the problem. Then document the changes and follow all change management process and procedures.

Work with the change management team to raise and manage the necessary Infrastructure change requests to enable deployment of the design solutions or identified fixes

Work within project team and agree scope of work. Engage with IT teams and vendors to implement solution/fix/ Change within project scope
