We are recruiting Customer Support Representatives for International BPOs in both voice & non voice process

Requirements - 

Candidates with excellent communication skills in English

HSC / graduate freshers are welcome

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shift & WFO

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

Age criteria - 18 to 40

All personal and professional documents, mandatory

Location - MUMBAI

Job details - 

Handling inbound & outbound calls 

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs 

One side transport will be provided by the company

Salary range - 10.5k to 33k in hand apart from variable incentives
