1. Good Drawing Interpretation skill,

2. Good Welding knowledge,

3. Knowledge of Basic Measuring instruments like Manual Vernier Calliper, Micro Meter, UT thickness gauge, DFT Meter / Elcometer,

4. Knowledge of Fabrication,

5. Knowledge of Material Codes of different material like plate, angle, channel & beam etc.

6. Flexible with Long Working Hours.
