- Understanding business requirements and translate it into product requirement

- Strong Programming skills and strong on data structures

- Strong in Java stack of technologies - core Java, J2EE, Spring, Jersey, Hibernate like frameworks

- Strong in designing and architecture. Strong in design patterns, multi-thread applications.

- Strong database skills, SQL, database design, migration, backups etc

- Knowledge of AWS services

- Knowledge on webservers, deployments, api documentation, QA etc

- Good knowledge on Version control (SVN, GIT or similar)

- working knowledge of project management tools, bug reporting tools, QA tools is expected.

- Knowledge on Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks will be an advantage

- Knowledege of Agile software development methodologies is an added advantage

Ownership for dev & release of modulessub modules.
