Tech Team: 01 CTO, (In process of hiring, till now it was outsourced)
What will they do : End to end mobile application Development
We are looking for an experienced full stack developer who is smart, customer-centric, and excited about our vision. You should be passionate about developing and delivering challenging new mobile applications in a fast-paced, unstructured start-up environment. You will be working closely with an agile team to build, test, and deliver new features that meet the company's needs.
It will be the first member of the core technology team that will build and launch RupeeZen's flagship product offerings. As an early member of RupeeZen's core team, will be uniquely positioned to capitalize on the company's growth.
Required experience :
- 4+ years of Native Android development (Java, Kotlin)
- Developed and shipped multiple android applications
- A track record of delivering projects within committed timelines
- Lead mentored and guided a team of 2-3 developers on a meaningful project
- To manage stakeholder expectations - i.e. proactive communication, flag delays and suggest appropriate tradeoffs to go to market
- At least 1-year experience building and delivering solutions with a start-up
Required qualification and technical Skills :
- Educational Qualification: BE, BTech, MTech, MCA
- 4+ yrs hands-on experience in developing and managing android applications
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of Java & Kotlin
- Strong working knowledge of OOP concepts and Multithreading
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
- RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines
- Design Patterns
- Experience with Jetpack and Room
- MVI, MVVM architectures
