About the Opportunity:
The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the management and execution of our paid Search & Social Marketing Agency clients. Primarily responsible for managing client relationships and campaign success, this position requires an experienced Digital Marketing professional, with paid and social marketing experience, client management experience and a focus on direct response and ROI orientated campaigns. The right candidate must have strong US English language capabilities, strong math, be able to build positive relationships with co-workers, be digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused and ROI-focused environment.
The Manager, Digital Marketing will also be working with our support teams within AdMax Local. He/she should be able to work well as part of a distributed team and be able to provide innovative solutions to the new problems and opportunities that arise every week. They should have the ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Serve as team expert for paid Search & paid Social Marketing (Paid Search & Social)
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client online marketing ROI/CPA objectives
  • Create, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with Tech ops, BD and other editorial resources to deliver client success
  • Produce detailed campaign performance analysis to inform decision making
  • Be responsible for maintaining work integrity and accuracy
  • Analyze data and report key findings and recommendations to clients at weekly/monthly meetings.

What you will bring to the team:
  • Excellent understanding of Internet Marketing practices with minimum 8 years of experience managing Search Marketing campaigns and 5 years of experience managing Social Marketing campaigns.
  • Staying abreast of rules and algorithm changes with Google, Facebook and other advertising platforms.
  • Very good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixel tracking and Facebook tracking.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items, while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Sharp focus on client service and satisfaction
  • Keen attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
