Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible to write test cases for each user stories and perform tests based on that test case by

applying governance process and tools.

  • Responsible to make estimation on development tasks with project development Team
  • Responsible to present validate user stories before product owner can test them
  • Responsible to perform non-functional tests
  • Responsible to follow agreed training plans in time
  • Responsible to use governance tools and processes during development and testing
  • Keep up to date on new technologies and improve knowledge on technologies used in projects.
  • Share technical knowledge with the team and actively help other developers whenever possible
  • Responsible to carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of testing within the

team.

  • Potential needs to travel to European countries (handover, review )

  • Team Leader and Project Manager satisfaction
  • Deliver applications of good quality
  • Respect of deadlines for projects implementation
  • Positive working relationships
  • Ensure sprint content defined during sprint meeting is successfully done at the end of the sprint.
  • Application quality: ensure that the tests done by the product owner trigger the minimal number of

bugs.

  • Respect of IT governance process, events and artefacts: Ensure that SCRUM framework is applied

and used.

  • Ensure that defined testing guidelines are strictly followed

Qualification & Experience :-

  • Good programming skills on .net 4.0 and higher
  • Good knowledge of C#
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio 2015 or higher
  • Experience in working in agile teams (SCRUM, KANBAN)
  • Experience in SQL Server 2014 onwards
  • At least 3 years of experience in .NET development
  • Academic background in Computer Science or engineering

Technical Skills :-

  • English knowledge both in writing and speaking (level B2 European standards)
  • Dynamic, proactive, eager to learn, discover new technologies and methodologies and proactively keeps up to date, autonomous
  • Adaptable to fast change of environment, objectives or business priorities
  • Should have experience in Windows Application Testing, UI Automation Testing (experience in Win App Driver preferred).
  • Should have experience creating Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Steps using any sort of Test Managers (HP ALM or Azure Devops).
  • Added plus if candidate has experience on using Behavior Driven Development or Spec Flow.Should be able to perform Manual Testing as well as Automation Testing.
