We are Hiring for Software Developer Engineer II - NLP/ Deep Learning

As a part of the ML Team, you will help building out the core experience for our conversational AI platform.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development in areas of NLUNLP.
- Hands-on experience of deep learning (DL) architectures like CNN, RNN, LSTM etc.
- Experience of working on Transformer architectures.
- Experience with Deep learning frameworks like PytorchTensorflow
- Good understanding of Language Models, knowledge of NLP librariesrepositories like Spacy, Flair,FairSeq, etc
- Experience of working on systems like RasaDialogFlow is a plus
- Experience in applied research using modern NLPNLU architecture, techniques and algorithms for applications like Semantic Textual Similarity, IR, Paraphrase generation etc.
- Previous experience of developing models for non-english languages is a plus.
- Experience with GCP & ML Deployment Pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with creation of ML pipelines is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a team member for Machine Learning areas for development of Conversational AI
- Be a part of building the whole ML Service end to end
- Research into new areas for developing cutting edge solutions for the key problem areas
- Write well-designed, testable and quality code
- Complete ownership of model development as well as deployment
- Develop a system to monitor model performance
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade issues with model performance
- Deploy software and evaluate user feedback
