Job Description

New formats & SOPs inclusion in Integrated Management System (IMS)
SOPs improvement tending to better performance in terms of quality
Handling BSI Audit successfully for 3 standards.
Handling of RC & TfS audits
Internal Audits (QC, product, drums, etc.)
Handling Customer Audits & External Audits.
Customer Complaints Handling
Guidance on new systems pertaining to other departments
Developmental tasks contribution
Training for Internal Audits & for good documentation practices
Training on HOW for ISO documentation including ISO 45000
Participation in HIRA including its training
RC/TfS documentation, Preparation & Guidance
CAPA report system for processes & other failures
PSSR
