• New formats & SOPs inclusion in Integrated Management System (IMS)
• SOPs improvement tending to better performance in terms of quality
• Handling BSI Audit successfully for 3 standards.
• Handling of RC & TfS audits
• Internal Audits (QC, product, drums, etc.)
• Handling Customer Audits & External Audits.
• Customer Complaints Handling
• Guidance on new systems pertaining to other departments
• Developmental tasks contribution
• Training for Internal Audits & for good documentation practices
• Training on HOW for ISO documentation including ISO 45000
• Participation in HIRA including its training
• RC/TfS documentation, Preparation & Guidance
• CAPA report system for processes & other failures
• PSSR
