DESIGNATION- MANAGAEMENT TRAINEE
REMUNERATION 1.45 Lakh to 3 Lakh
ABOUT ORGANISATION
Smile Foundationis anational level development organization which works on projects like mission education, STEP (Smile Twin e-learning program) [Learn to earn], Smile on wheels (mobile hospital for the underprivileged), Swabhiman (empowering the girl child and women), which directly benefits more than 3 million underprivileged children, youth and women on the grounds annually through 200 plus projects running across 25 states of India.
EDUCATION:
22,000 children provided with education at 152 projects at the year 2017.
STEP:
Smile twin e-learning program, works for the marginalized youth, helping them attain a decent employment by providing vocational education and training.
Youths trained 2017 is 9468
Youths placed 2017 is 5256
Projects 2017 is 92
HEALTH- SMILE ON WHEELS:
Providing health facilities and medicinal needs to the rural areas.
580,207 lives impacted in 17 states of India, which had around 39 Projects at the year 2017.
SAWBHIMAAN:
1,10,634 women and girl children empowered by the year 2017, supporting the cause and the rights of women and girl child needs in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call to potential donors to raise funds
- Explain to the donors about Smile Foundation and its projects to raise funds.
- Resolving donors queries through calls and emails.
- Identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships.
- Establish positive professional relationships with donors.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills:Written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
Good numerical skills:Fundraising executives have to work to a budget and reach financial targets, regularly reporting on both.
Sound organizational abilities:Fundraising executives have to work to deadlines, handle multiple donor accounts simultaneously and keep a record of donations.
Negotiation skills:You need to possess the ability to persuade donors of the need to give and answer questions about the impact of your organization.
IT skills:Sound knowledge of database management is a prerequisite.
Teamwork skills:As a fundraising executive, you need to be an effective part of a team with the overriding aim of maximizing donations.
