What would you do

You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.

You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the worlds leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.

You will be working as a part of the recruiting team which is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan

What are we looking for

We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

  • Yrs of exp 13+yrs
  • Should be from BPO backgrpound
  • Should have people management skills
  • Project Management
  • Recruitment Process Design
  • Sourcing
  • Talent Management
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish strong client relationship
  • Results orientation
  • Prioritization of workload
  • Written and verbal communication

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
  • You will need to create solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors
  • This will require alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Your primary interaction will be with senior management at a client involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
  • Some latitude in decision-making is involved, you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • You will need to flag risks to clients and stakeholders and propose action plans where needed
  • You will need to have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
  • Decisions that you make in this role will have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
