Responsible for Revenue targets of the Branch
Productivity of the Branch
Recruit, coach and develop Unit Managers / Partners and Agent Advisors
Adherence to Customer service standards
Conduct weekly performance review and planning for Unit Managers / Partners
Ensure retention of Unit Managers / Partners by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Key Skills : Life Insurance, Sales, Channel Development, Business Development, Marketing
Min. to Max Experience: 4- 15yrs
Salary Range : 6 -8Lakhs
Location : Chennai, Kumbakonam, Dharmapuri, Thanjavur, Theni, Salem, Pondicherry, Madurai Thoothukudi
