Job Description
- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Hands-on experience in working on paid job portals, Application Tracking systems.
- Proven work experience in IT recruitment in hiring multiple technologies and designations.
- Should be able to monitor, assist their team in finding right candidates and report on their performance.
- Maintain a record of the complete hiring process.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Should be able to handle salary negotiations effectively.
- Calling candidates & setting up interviews
- Filtering incoming applications
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Take care of the Generalist Role as well
- Take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interviews, etc
