Handling the customers inquiry

Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation

Improvement and quality assurance programs

1)Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.

2) Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on banking related queries

3) Customer service email chat process

Fresher Salary - up to 20-25k

Experience Salary - Decent hike on last CTC

Shift : Day Rotational Shift 

Qualification:

Graduate

Industry: BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.

Location- Bangalore 

Required Experience:

Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
