Job Description
Hello Candidates,
Agreeya is looking out to hire "Corporate Recruiter"/"Corporate HR" for its US Staffing division.

Role: Corporate HR (US Staffing)
Experience : 1 to 4 Year
Location : Noida-57 (Hybrid)
Work Timings : Night Shift (6:30 PM till 3:30 AM IST)
Working Day: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Please note: This is a position is a FULL TIME position with AgreeYa Solutions which is HYBRID MODEL. In case you are looking from work from home or freelancing, please do not apply.
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- This profile is for Internal Hiring Specialist (Corporate HR) of Agreeya (US Staffing Division)
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform reference checks as need.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with company requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience as Corporate HR in any US Staffing firm is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
