Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Designation: Senior Service Management Analyst
Role: L2 Production Services AWR
Years of experience: 3-8 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 End-User Application and its infrastructure support as well as proactive monitoring and intervention to resolve any failures or break-fix
- Assist in Planned and Proactive activities to keep production systems running, ensure availability and maintain steady state
- Proactively identify and manage continuity, security, compliance, and resiliency risks that impact the applications
- Assist in the Triaging of application issues and drive to the root cause of the issues
- Implement application monitoring to continuously improve the detection and mitigation of production issues
Prior Experience:
- Should have strong Application Development experience in java, oracle, web services, soap, rest, angular, jsp, spring, spring batch
- Nice to have skills : Splunk , AppDynamics
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Good analytical skills to identify and resolve the production issues
- General debugging and troubleshooting skills with expertise in Application Monitoring tools (Splunk/AppDynamics), and Designation: Senior Service Management Analyst
