Job Description
Senior Application Engineer (5+ years experience)
Location: Bangalore
This position has responsibilities of technical applications engineering, pre-sales and post-sales support, for our software products. You will be expected to participate in and contribute to a professional engineering team, to develop new technology related to computer design and automation.
Responsibilities
- For existing customers, you will need to understand the customers usage of the application, answer any usage related questions, improve and expand on their methodologies with developing features so the customer can take full advantage of an application. For new customers, conduct technical presentations, training and product demonstrations. Take best practices and learnings from evaluations and customer interactions, and have regular communication with the product development team so improvements can be integrated into the product.
- Understand our software architecture by collaborating with enterprise and application architects.
- Definition of cloud infrastructure automation framework for consistent cloud infrastructure bring-up.
- Definition of cloud account management and security policies.
- Manage and implement cloud infrastructure automation framework with the IT team.
Requirements
- MTech / PhD in IT or Computer Science from a reputed university.
- 5+ years experience in VLSI and EDA.
- Experience using Digital software with at least one major EDA vendor.
- Working knowledge of Python / Perl / TCL scripting languages for automation.
Location: Bangalore / Noida /Work From Home (Any where in India)
