Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality
- Prescription digitization in OMS screen
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
- Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
- Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ONLY Male Candidates are preferred.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- E-Commerce background preferable.
- PREFERABLE candidates from online pharmacy, retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy.
- Dispensing experience is required.
- Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
- Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
- Candidates who can join us immediately to within max 15 days period.
- Candidates with any backlogs please do not apply.
