Roles and Responsibilities
1. Co-ordination with Sales team for New bookings Login..
2. New Bookings login and Entry to STS and ERP...
3. Making All Reports such as sales tracker, DAR, Review PPT Etc..
4. Working on HO Data such as KYC,CC, RC, RA, and Several Reports..
5. Maintaining All Admin Work at Branch, Such as tracking expenses,handling petty cash, and other related requirements in Branch Office..
6. Coordinating all HR work such as Joining, Attendance and Solving Other HR Related queries of Sales Associates..
7. Handling after Sales Client Grievances and helping in Their requirements such as Demand Letter, Ledger, and Other related documents..
8. Coordinating HO for Sales Issues and Helping to resolve such as transfer, Retention, Resale ETC..
9. Coordinating Local builders for getting data and reports of Our Bookings with them...
10. Maintain all records and Provide to Branch Head and HO when required of All Sales related Data...
11. Handling Savior, STS & Mail ID issue of the employees.
12.Handling event/propfest on Meerut location
Desired Candidate Profile
Immediate Joiners Will Be Preferable.
Candidate Will Having Suitable Experience on Microsoft Office .
