Responsibilities:
- Train customers/partners in Experlogix CPQ, Xpertdoc and other courses as required.
- Schedule training follow-up meetings to address specific customer training questions.
- Develop instructional resources/videos to support internal and external customer/partner training.
- Work with product management and development to create and release new product functionality training and resources.
- Update product and training documentation as required.
- Manage Experlogix LMS (Learning Management System) for internal/external learners.
- Manage customer/partner virtual training environments.
- Provide a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answer product and implementation related questions during training and follow-up.
- Explain and train technical concepts, deeply understand the business case for the product, and use cases.
- Assist with existing customer training projects, proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs and use this information to determine a scope and size of project.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Excellent English and Communications Skills
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 2-3 years technical/software/development training experience
- 1-2 years of instructional design/training materials/videos resource development.
- High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments and ability to adapt to various business environment.
- Ability to shift working/training schedule meet global time zone needs.
- Have a technical background and understanding of software solutions and principles.
- Ability to understand business processes and analyze business needs and requirements
- Strong business value selling experience and familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technology.
- Possess a strong understanding/working knowledge of sales and manufacturing procedures, terminology, and standard practices.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with executive management.
- Extraordinary professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts
- Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 for Sales and Microsoft Office applications
- Nice to have:
- Practical experience in MRP/ERP applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, Business Central, Finance and Operations is a plus.
