Requirement:
1. 10 - 15 years experience in construction management of Urban Service delivery (Water Supply/ Sewerage/ Drainage)
2. Experience in leading the team
3. Experience in FIDIC contract conditions
4. Responsible for overall management and administration of the project components during design and construction
5. Advice on procurement and bidding process
6. Construction supervision, quality monitoring, contract management
7. Establishment of Construction Management and Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting System
8. Assist in resolving contractual issue during implementation
9. Preparation of Progress as well as Project Completion Report
10. Scheduling and ensuring timely mobilization/ demobilization of team members & Should be willing to travel.
