Job Description

Vendor management,Coordinating with factory team for making of fixtures.Project planning and execution of retail stores within estimated cost and time,Coordinating project review meeting and daily progress reports. Quality check and handing over to prepare BOQ/estimate of shops (upcoming boutiques). To finalize the contractors vendor (as par the market price),Planning costing,resource planning and execution of projects.

Daily MIS reporting ensuring that safety measures are not compromised by vendors, Labours during work. close coordination with all vendors attending to all the problems that arise during construction.

To certify the vendor bills to release advance and final payments. To give training to site supervisors for execution of shops to complete the project with good finishing as par drawings.

Job Available in pan Maharashtra. (nearby location we give)

Immediate Joineer Preferd

Post: Assistant Manager Project.

Fresher's Degree Holder, Post Graduate, Diploma in site management.
