• Take ownership of the district business both Primary andSecondary.
• Ensuring direct coverage of all Wholesalers, GT outlets OFO & Key Retailers of the area.
• Ensuring availability of all our SKU at Distributors and sub Distributors.
• Coverage expansion to all >5K population GAP towns.
• Direct coverage to all w/s & A Class outlets available in his assigned area.
• Ensuring achievement of primary & secondary targets of all focus brands MOM basis.
• Coverage expansion to all >5K population GAP towns.
