Job Description

Internal Audits

Stock audit, Cash audit, Logistics audit, Consignment stock audit, Service audit, Buyback audit, O2C, P2P, Accounts & Finance and any other business process audit

Maintain Reports

Internal auditors should maintain audit records, reports, management (auditee) reply with target dates, and respected follow-ups audit and timelines. It should be reported to management on weekly basis.

Consult with Staff

Auditors consult with managers and supervisors in auditee departments to get their reports.

Internal Auditor Skills and Qualifications

Internal auditors should have the following skills:

Data entry and flow –Internal auditors should have knowledge of data flow and understanding of SOP in order to find deviations / queries.

Communication skills –auditor should have strong written and verbal communication skills to write reports and interact with staff members, supervisors and management.

Attention to detail – Auditors should have strong attention to detail to notice the gap in SOPs and process followed by the auditee

Computer skills – Auditors should have computer skills to work with electronic tools like excel and related analytical skills. Knowledge of Navision will be added advantage.
